We’re currently on the second day of Netflix’s Geeked event and it hasn’t lost momentum yet. Tonight’s line-up includes some heavy hitter shows like Sandman, Umbrella Academy Season 3, Money Heist, and Cowboy Bebop!

Almost two years after the series was first announced, we finally have our first look at Neil Gaiman’s Sandman series on Netflix. Below is a newly released behind-the-scenes clip of The Sandman:

Money Heist is a Spanish crime TV series directed by Álex Pina. The series follows two long-prepared robberies under the professor’s direction, one on the Royal Mint of Spain and one on the Bank of Spain. The narrative is told in real time and is based on flashbacks, time jumps, hidden character motivations and an unreliable narrator for complexity. The series undermines the heist genre by narrating it from the perspective of a woman, Tokyo, and having a strong Spanish identity where emotional dynamics offset the perfect strategic crime.

Announcing the release date of Cowboy Bebop, Yoko Kanno News & First Look

The Netflix series by Cowboy Bebop: Coming to Netflix & Yoko Kanno to Compose in Fall 2021 - Advance Guide

Cowboy Bebop is an upcoming science fiction streaming television series. It’s a live-action adaptation of the Japanese anime series Cowboy Bebop. The series is to be developed by André Nemec and Jeff Pinkner, written by Christopher Yost and starring John Cho, Mustafa Shakir, Daniella Pineda, Alex Hassell and Elena Satine.

Cowboy bebop fans left today’s geeked day happily as we received quite a bit of information about the upcoming live-action adaptation. First, we learned that the series will premiere in the fall of 2021. Second, it was announced that composer Yoko Kanno is returning! Also, our first look at the cast was released. Umbrella Academy Season 3 Episode Title Revealed

Umbrella Academy is reportedly being renewed for season 3 on Netflix - Advance Guide

The Umbrella Academy is a superhero streaming television series created by Steve Blackman for Netflix and developed by Jeremy Slater. It is based on the comic series of the same name by Gerard Way. The show takes place in a world where 43 women around the world gave birth at the same time on October 1, 1989 at 12:00 p.m., although none of them showed signs of pregnancy by the time they went into labor. Seven of the children are adopted by eccentric billionaire Sir Reginald Hargreeves. He transforms the Hargreeves siblings into a superhero team that he calls “The Umbrella Academy”.

Umbrella Academy fans awaiting the rumored announcement of the season four extension likely left today’s geeked disappointed as no such announcement was made. We also did not see any footage of the Umbrella Academy season 3, although this could be viewed as a culprit for COVID-19. What we got, however, are the season 3 episode titles. They are listed below:

Locke & Key release month announced & new stills

Locke & Key is a 2020 American supernatural horror drama streaming television series developed by Carlton Cuse, Meredith Averill and Aron Eli Coleite and based on the comic book series of the same name by Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodríguez. It premiered on Netflix on February 7, 2020. The series stars Darby Stanchfield, Connor Jessup, Emilia Jones, Jackson Robert Scott, Laysla De Oliveira, Petrice Jones and Griffin Gluck.

Locke & Key fans definitely had it best at today’s Geeked event. Not only did we get our first look at Season 2, but we also got a premiere date! This comes a few months after it was confirmed that Season 3 is in the works. Season 2 of Locke & Key will be released in October 2021. You can see the first pictures below:

Another Life is an American science fiction drama streaming television series directed by Aaron Martin that premiered on Netflix on July 25, 2019. The stars of the series are Katee Sackhoff, Selma Blair, Justin Chatwin, Samuel Anderson, Elizabeth Ludlow, Blu Hunt, AJ Rivera, Alexander Eling, Alex Ozerov, Jake Abel, JayR Tinaco, Lina Renna, Jessica Camacho, Barbara Williams, Parveen Dosanjh, Greg Hovanessian , Chanelle Peloso and Tyler Hoechlin. In October 2019, the series was extended by a second season, which is due to appear on Netflix in autumn 2021.
