After announcing their comeback, the cast members of The Kapil Sharma Show were vaccinated against Covid-19. Host of the television program Kapil Sharma posted a selfie on his Instagram account. In the photo were Bharti Singh, Krushna Abhishek, Chandan Prabhakar, Kiku Sharda and Sudesh Lehri. The actors stood behind a sign that read, “I’ve been vaccinated. Are you?” Kapil also asked his followers whether they have been vaccinated against the corona virus.
Kapil’s selfie with his co-stars came after he announced his comeback with the latest edition of The Kapil Sharma Show. “A new beginning with all the old faces,” he captioned his photo, which was shared on July 18.
A source told indianexpress.com that the team has been shooting for the promo for the upcoming season of The Kapil Sharma Show: “The set is under construction and it will be some time before the series hits the ground. As of now, they have the promos filmed, with the team also welcoming Sudesh Lehri on board, with the show set to largely air at the end of next month.”
Archana Puran Singh will also attend the show as a judge. Earlier this year, there were rumors that the actor has quit the show.
Destroying the rumours, Archana tells E-Times: “I am not aware of any such development. I am going to be part of the show in the upcoming season. Also last year, such rumors started when I was shooting for a movie. Also this year I was shooting for a series and people assumed I was going to quit the show. There is no truth to these rumours.”
She added: “I enjoy the humor and watching actors perform on stage. It’s entertaining and the fact that Kapil has chosen me to be a part of the show is great. I’m looking forward to it too. be part of this season next season.”
The Kapil Sharma Show will air soon on Sony TV.
