Tyrese Gibson relists artist’s dream home in Los Angeles for $ 2.89 million

Tyrese Gibson, one of the stars of “Transformers”, hopes to turn her Los Angeles home up for sale. The singer and actor has relisted his benefit-rich property for $ 2,895,000, and the place comes with a Transformer replica.

The LA native’s longtime residence initially hit the market in April for $ 3.5 million.

But months later, and without an offer, the price was reduced by 17%. In addition to the new price, the property has a new listing agent: Jason oppenheim with The Oppenheim Group, from the Netflix reality show “Selling Sunset”.

Even with the prices coming down, Gibson is likely to come out on top. He bought the place in 2011 for $ 1,385,000.

Real estate blockbuster

After its purchase ten years ago, the “Fast and Furious” star added his personal touch to the Woodland Hills home. According to listing details, this is a “truly unmatched offering” and the 8,395 square foot expanse offers a range of amenities.

Closed and private, the Mediterranean-style estate offers a total of seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms spread over several structures. The main house measures 5,415 square feet with additional yard structures adding an additional 2,980 square feet.

You enter a large hall and formal living room, with 25 foot high ceilings and a wraparound staircase.

At the heart of the house is a gourmet kitchen featuring premium Viking appliances, a built-in breakfast bar, and custom cabinetry. This kitchen empties into a dining room and a family room.

Upstairs, the spacious master suite has its own fireplace and a luxurious private bathroom with steam shower, bathtub and double walk-in closet.

Four other bedrooms, a cinema room and an office complete the main house.

Transformed courtyard

However, the real fun begins on the outside. Gibson’s Great Yard features a swimming pool, outdoor fireplace with built-in seating, outdoor kitchen and bar, and outdoor cinema.

The place is also endowed with interplanetary protection. A replica of the Bumblebee Transformer watches over the yard and can be purchased with the house, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Other movie star-worthy additions include an event space, recording studio, conference room, beauty salon, rooftop spa, and hibachi grill with seating.

Additionally, the property welcomes visitors with a closed circular driveway and an attached two-car garage.

Now at a reduced price, the house and all of its outdoor amenities are listed as “the best deal in Woodland Hills.”

Gibson made his debut as a recording artist. In 2015, her album “Black Rose” topped the Billboard charts. But he is best known for his role as Roman in the “Fast and Furious” franchise and Epps in the “Transformers” films.
