‘We Have a Ghost’: Vice Short Story Being Adapted at Netflix by Christopher Landon

A new family adventure movie is on its way to Netflix, which is filming this month in the form of. start We have a mind based on a short story originally published on Vice in 2017.

Developed under the working title Ernest, as previously mentioned, the film develops on a short story published on Vice’s motherboard, which was originally released on October 19, 2017. The short story is now still available for reading.

This follows a recent trend in which Netflix is ​​either buying up the rights to stories posted online or news in general. Netflix recently got the rights to The Observer which is produced by Ryan Murphy.


Who is behind Netflix’s We Have a Ghost?

Temple Hill Entertainment is the production company behind the project.

Christopher Landon will both be writing and directing the Vice play’s original writer, Geoff Manaugh, who is executive producer.

Landon is best known for horror and thriller, and recently did the sequel to Happy Death Day 2U and recently, Freaky.

A stellar cast has been provided to us here at Advance Guide, although we don’t know exactly what roles each actor will play.

Anthony Mackie will return for his seventh (!!) Netflix Original project. Most recently he played in Outside the wire for Netflix, but of course recently repeating his role for Disney + in The falcon and the winter soldier.
