What’s New on Netflix & Top 10s: June 11th, 2021

Happy Friday and there’s a slew of new movies and TV shows to watch on Netflix through the weekend. Here’s your rundown of what’s new on Netflix for June 11, 2021 (and some highlights from yesterday). We’ll also see what’s trending in the United States today.

Today was removed by Q ball from Netflix and today is your last chance to watch NDG Cinema’s collection of sports documentaries including:

  • Addicted to life
  • Don’t crack under pressure
  • Do not crack under pressure II
  • Do not crack under pressure III
  • Magnetic

Looking ahead, there are some new titles planned for the weekend. A new episode of the Korean soap love will strike tomorrow The devil below and Imagine a scientist beat on sunday.

Now let’s get to what’s new at Netflix for today:

Wishing dragon (2021)

Genre: Animation, adventure, comedy

Not for the first time this year, Netflix has acquired a feature film from Sony Animation. The first was The Mitchells vs. The Machines but now it’s your turn Wishing dragon to arrive on Netflix.

Made in China, you can expect the following from the animated feature:

“Determined teenage Din longs to reconnect with his childhood best friend when he meets a wish-fulfilling dragon who shows him the magic of possibility.”

lupine (Season 2)

Genre: Action, crime, drama, mystery
Occupation: Omar Sy, Vincent Londez, Ludivine Sagnier, Hervé Pierre
Running time: 231 minutes

The French Heist series took the world by storm earlier this year and you can now head back to Paris with Assane Diop’s to find out more.

And good news too – once you’ve chased your watch through the second part, a third is on its way!

manifest (Seasons 1-2)

Genre: Drama, mystery, science fiction, thriller

As we first reported, Netflix managed to get the rights to seasons 1 and 2 of. to secure manifest.

The thriller mystery series is already climbing the top 10 charts and five years later sees a plane disappear and return out of nowhere, and not everything is what it seems.

Trese (Season 1)

Occupation: Shay Mitchell, Liza Soberano, Jon Jon Briones, Darren Criss, Manny Jacinto, Dante Basco
Running time: 31 minutes

This new anime series delves into rich Filipino folklore, in which Alexandra Trese comes face to face with the criminal underworld infiltrated by supernatural beings.

Next Counter, Netflix has released a 35-minute documentary interviewing the stars and creators behind the series, which explores the origins of the project. The documentary is called Trese after dark and you can either search for it manually or it is recommended once you have completed Season 1.
